Rob Monyak is Managing Director of Food4Impact (F4i), a European Commission-backed debt fund providing long-term financing to Ukrainian agribusiness SMEs. He brings more than 30 years of experience in international banking, agribusiness, and development finance. Previously, he held senior roles in agribusiness logistics and U.S. financial institutions, structuring more than $200 million in financing across Türkiye, Ukraine, and other emerging markets. A fluent Russian speaker, his expertise spans Eastern Europe, agribusiness, infrastructure, and development finance. Monyak is also a Senior Advisor to the Ukraine Future Business Council. He holds degrees from Duke University and Columbia University.
