“It is morally bankrupt,” Ben Gvir declared, referring to Netanyahu’s recent authorization of humanitarian supplies into Gaza. “While our hostages are still held there, the Prime Minister is delivering aid.”

In the same video, he insisted that “what should be sent to Gaza now is one thing: bombs—for explosion, for invasion, for encouraging emigration, and for winning the war.” His comments align with his longstanding rejection of negotiations with Hamas and support for large-scale military action.

Ben Gvir also claimed he was excluded from recent cabinet discussions that approved aid corridors into Gaza. The minister has frequently pushed for continued combat and the dismantling of Hamas, advocating a no-compromise approach.

Netanyahu Defends Aid As Tactical Decision

Prime Minister Netanyahu, addressing reporters, defended the tactical truce and the creation of designated aid corridors in Gaza. “We are advancing both in fighting and in negotiations. Let it be clear—we will achieve our goal: to eliminate Hamas,” he said.

Netanyahu emphasized that despite the ongoing conflict, “some minimum humanitarian supplies must continue to flow. We’ve done so until now, and will keep doing so.” The Prime Minister pointed to officially declared safe routes for aid delivery, stating, “There are safe corridors. They’ve always existed—but now they are formalized. No more excuses.”

Meanwhile, Hamas condemned the Israeli government’s decision to resume air-dropping aid and to establish supply corridors, calling it “a deceptive move meant to polish Israel’s image before the world.”

As tensions rise within Israel’s leadership and international criticism intensifies, the debate over humanitarian relief versus military escalation underscores deep divides within Israeli wartime policy.
